The polymer film developed by the international advanced in-situ reinforcement, ion crosslinking reinforcement and toughening technology has the characteristics of strong adhesion, high environmental protection, high heat resistance and good uniformity, and can adhere well to aluminum plates. With honeycomb core material, it provides reliable adhesion function for making high-quality aluminum honeycomb panels.

AH3030 adhesive cast film is used for aluminium honeycomb composite panel with 100% of adhesive resins with no solvent, no formaldehyde, no benzene, no toluene and other harmful substances, 100% solid content. The polymer film is only sticky after being heated and melted, and then the adhesion between various substances is achieved under a certain pressure.

Application:

AH3030 polymer adhesive film is used for Aluminium honeycomb Panel,which can be used for exterior decoration and aluminium furniture.The aluminium coil thickness range is form 0.7mm to 1.0mm.

Processing Suggestions :

Adhesive Layer Structure: AL+AH3030+aluminium honeycomb sheet +AH3030+AL

Bonding Temperature: 155℃-190℃

Metal Surface: Phosphating or chromizing treatment and pre-degreasing treatment can avoid dust pollutants.

QC Standard: IS09001:2015

Packing and Storage:

6 Rolls/Pallet,60- 80 KG/Roll (Customization available)；

Keep in a dry cool place. Avoid direct sunlight, ventilation, and moisture. The storage period at room temperature is 12 months. If the film color changes and elongation is found to decrease by 50%, do not use it.
